Game Day thread + NY Gee-Men week *2023*

Got lucky that NYG failed on 3 4th down and less than one conversion attempts. No clue why NYG did not duplicate Chi’s game plan. NYJ will likely try to run the ball down our throat.

That was always the concern with McD… too damn infatuated with his own system thinking that was THE answer. The really good coaches know how to use and get the best out of the players they have, not squeeze / force fit players into their predetermined system.
Good post but in reality McDaniels had a lot more problems than just his faulty system. The best analogy I can come up with is that he is an asshole. The players, fans and the dumb owner hated him.

Really looked like a well coached disciplined team out there. AO'C looked very comfortable running the offense and spread the ball out. It’s mind boggling that we had been struggling getting to 20 ppg and dropped 30 just like that once McDoofus was gone.

That’s a Florida boy right there

Am I missing something here? He asked why did the coaching staff have him on the bench so long. He played yesterday and I didn't see Nesta do anything significant I don't even think he made a tackle yesterday.

Malcolm got an injury assist. Lol

Tyree had some plays where he got the edge quickly, it's in there so maybe we just need to get him to do it consistently. I think people are writing this guy off way too soon.
I like Tre and all that but he's a fall down catcher. If he had just kept his feet that was a TD.

He has trouble tracking the ball in the air with his body.
Eh, that ball was overthrown a tad and he had to lay out for it. He was already running full speed and had to lay out IMO.

Williams/Maye who ? A lot of people parroting how great these two are. I don't see it. No one really knows if they will be great, average or busts. So I don't see gambling on those two by tanking. Let's see how the team is looking at the end of the season.
We have already won enough that we are out of the picture for drafting either of those two. I don't see anyone trading out of those spots either.

You don't think AZ will trade out if Murray comes back strong the 2nd half of this season? I doubt anyone would trade anything of value for him, AZ would recoup more capital by trading the pick.

Had a sack I think?
