One comment I have seen several times with respect to the Raiders playing in the Giants ballpark is the concern over traffic. Am I missing something? How is the traffic from a football game going to be that different from the traffic for a baseball game? Not saying I think that is the best option ..., just confused by the rhetoric.

I think she is simply making a calculated and politically motivated cover your ass statement there. Probably would rather say “fuck you” to the Raiders, but she has to keep up the charade that the Oakland politicians really didn’t want the Raiders to leave. Again ..., not their fault ..., they did everything in their power to keep the team in Oakland ..., mmmkkayyyy?

I actually thought the same thing. She's just trying not to burn bridges. Except for the bridge she burned with the Raiders in Oakland by filing that lawsuit while they were still in town.

It's all politics
