This is why coaches particularly ones on the hot seat should not have any power to make trades. It would have been a fine trade a few years prior when we had Rick Myer and Culpepper (if Palmer didn't hate the Raiders) but we should have picked up decent backup not traded our future when the starter gets hurt to save Hue's job. We could've waited for and hold on to Campbell to heal, given he was better than what we were left with the next few years with Flynn, McCrappy, and Pryoy. Rebuilding teams should not give away draft picks particularly for an aging QB on the last year of his deal
