My buddies Amish cover band.. he is the tall blonde dude that isn't Amish.

My other friend's cover band. The bass player is the dude from Brittny Fox.. or however the fuck you spell it. I think he has someone new now though.

Nick Cannon vs Eminem

1. You can hear the bass

2. Sid isnt terrible

3. Paul Cook was a solid drummer trying to keep these guys in time lol

Got tickets to Black Flag for this weekend. No idea what to expect but the tickets were kinda pricy relatively speaking for a band supposedly so big on accessibility lol. Close enough to Uber though so why not.

I think Powerage was the best ACDC album, looking back on it. Back in Black is cool and all, but it suffers from that Mutt Lange 80's production, whereby he tried to make everything sound huge, and it sounds smaller than the more "open" sound of Powerage.

I have weird music tastes, I either like music that is incredibly busy, or completely simple with a lot of "space"

I'd have to go with Highway to Hell myself. The production on Back in Black is some of the best ever done, IMO. Everyone has their opinions when it comes to music of course. I did play in a Bon era AC/DC tribute for a decade though so I think I have a little bit of credibility.
Weird thing-- a lot of those old AC/DC records are sped up or something. They are not in 440, slightly higher. I always had to tune to the record to play along to rehearse.

I saw them this summer. I had a good time.

Rage Against the Machine is headlining Coachella. I feel some kinda way about that.

Rumor has it they’re doing a couple of warm up shows beforehand. Might have to go see them in Phoenix.

Aren’t they supposed to be raging against corporate shit like that?
