She did. Imo, the police rightfully walked away and probably told her to leave despite everyone criticizing them now.

All of them were in the wrong. I hate the people that get into shit with people and then go whining to the police wasting their resources on stupid shit like this because the other person is bigger than them. Yeah, hitting a woman. All that nonsense. It would have been different if that was his girl or if they were trying to force her to stay...she just needed to leave, not escalate a situation, nor him with her because they had gotten into it.

It's in the same realm to me of when the little guy at the bar with alcohol muscles start with a big dude and then gets his ass stomped after he started in with someone you know you had no chance of beating physically.

When the police come, just leave and let them leave. No need for all this extra shit of let's file police reports and shit over a simple fight.

I would sign him regardless of this. I'm more concerned about him outside of that Reid scheme. I'm sure Gruden could use him but not sure if he could or anyone can as well as Reid did.

If you claim him you follow it up with multiple actions... 1) announce that he is not playing the rest of the season 2) make a statement that him being claimed does not mean he will play a down for the Raiders and Kareem would have to prove himself off the field before stepping onto the field in a Raiders jersey 3) expect a suspension of at least 6 games next year and state publicly that Kareem will not be appealing and any punishment will be accepted.

This is all hypothetical but the fact of the matter is he's going to get a second chance somewhere. He's too talented to never play again if this is 'all' that he's done. He's one of the best backs in the league. Tyreek Hill did much worse and is a star in this league on the same team that cut Hunt. If proper steps are made and we make it clear he's got one shot and that's it or he's gone I wouldn't be against claiming him.

Finally, the alleged victim is not pressing any charges. I will reiterate again, not pressing charges does not mean that this is over. If there is one thing I know about the legal system, it is that it moves slow. Things do not happen quickly like portrayed on TV. There is still time for charges to be filed.
