Don't know why he wasn't charged with assault. She probably didn't want to pursue it. I have had two neighbors that were the victims of domestic violence on multiple occasions. It was the wifes that assaulted the husbands. Neither one of them hit their wife's in retaliation or the police investigations might have went very different. So for those of you who think you would just knock the bitch out it's not the smartest reaction. Just get her thrown in jail. Most women are not a real threat anyway.
She did. Imo, the police rightfully walked away and probably told her to leave despite everyone criticizing them now.
All of them were in the wrong. I hate the people that get into shit with people and then go whining to the police wasting their resources on stupid shit like this because the other person is bigger than them. Yeah, hitting a woman. All that nonsense. It would have been different if that was his girl or if they were trying to force her to stay...she just needed to leave, not escalate a situation, nor him with her because they had gotten into it.
It's in the same realm to me of when the little guy at the bar with alcohol muscles start with a big dude and then gets his ass stomped after he started in with someone you know you had no chance of beating physically.
When the police come, just leave and let them leave. No need for all this extra shit of let's file police reports and shit over a simple fight.
