Pfref doesn't have any pass deflections credited to Wilson. And 0 INTs in his career. I thought we were done with LBs who had shallow stat sheets.

Depth LB for the Vikings.

Played behind Kendricks/Barr and has flashed everytime he gets a shot.

I think Schobert/Littleton are a little overrated and you can probably take a flier on Wilson for half the price.

Why not both? We need to spend some of that cap money? I’m sick of trotting out XFL caliber LBr’s out there
 
Wilson is a RFA. I'm sure they'll tender him at a 1st or 2nd round comp. Not an option.
 
I get why Brady would sign with SF, and why SF would dump Jimmy, but when Jimmy resigns with NE, I’ll no doubt feel like BB won.
 
Completely underwhelming FA LB class... to go with a weak LB draft class...
 
I'm hoping for a Hagrave/Littleton signing. I don't like the FA corners b/c for some reason I think every top FA corner ends up busting. Hargrave is a young three down DT- littleton can cover.
 
Just looking at the teams with cap space I think Raider fan is going to be disappointed. Miami and Tampa have close to $200m to spend between them and it's always hard to compete with the Florida teams plus NYG has plenty of money and needs defense as well. I can imagine them making a huge play for Jones to weaken Dallas. Redskins have money, Jets have money, Philly is sitting there right with us. Those are several teams with deep pocket owners that always seem to get the cream of the FA crop.

Something around our 2 firsts for NYG's 1st and 2nd works. That's not really that big of a deal.

I know we are all beaten down by years of horrendous torture. BUT the Raiders have a shot to turn over a new leaf here. They have a brand new start in Vegas. Players will be excited to visit in FA and see the new stadium and facilities & LOW TAXES!. Gruden & Mayock are well respected around the league and can recruit players as well as the teams you mentioned. We have a nice amount of STABILITY for once. Granted our QB situation is a little up in the air moving forward. But the roster is young with plenty of draft picks and money to improve.

TLDR: Id see how things play out in Vegas. This isnt the old Oakland product anymore. The NFL is gonna be hype on Vegas.

True, but I think Florida remains sort of the promised land for NFL players. Cheaper, tax free, beautiful if you have the money. Also, Mark hasn't had a chance to reap the benefits of the new stadium yet so he's still that same broke dude we all know and love for the time being. And it's really more about the lack of quality FA this year as much as anything. I'm not really hating on what we have to offer just being realistic that it's a sellers market right now and we're going to have to fight for the guys we want.
