This is either a legit bank or it is corrupt. Either way, they are going to bend Mark over and have their way with him.

A legit bank wouldn't touch this deal with Mark's low investment in it and no other money bags involved in the deal. The loan to value is way off, especially at this level. There are studies that show that there are barely enough people, in good times and bad, to keep this stadium afloat.

If this story turns to be farfetched without checking out more of the fine print...Mark is going to look like a bigger idiot than he is.

Whether it is a Japanese bank, or Portuguese one (I'm Portuguese), they are going to try and fuck him over.

Well he can use the sale of luxury suites as collateral as well as licensing rights. He's going to have to sign some shit over. The value of the team will exponentially increase if a new stadium is built but the idiot is going to have to back off on some of his demands.

This is were I think the NFL is falling short. It's dumb to expect they're going to negotiate on his behalf or up their financial support just because MD is broke as fuck but they should be partnering with him in terms of advising him through some of the finer aspects of the negotiation process. I think Mark did well playing on Vegas's desperate need to land a pro franchise but investors are a different story. He's going to have to put out something that makes financial sense for both sides if he wants to close that financing gap.

Adelson runs the casinos, Casinos are what they are counting on to buy the luxury suites... how's that going to work? This deal dead dead dead.

He doesn't own all of them. He may eventually acquiesce as its a nice perk for his high rollers. This guy is about the bottom line and if wining and dining his rich clients at a luxury suite at an NFL game is going to increase biz, he's no dummy.... especially if all the other casinos are on board.

The Japanese bank is involved with the group trying to keep the Raiders in Oakland. If Vegas falls through, Mark will need to seriously consider Lott's group as partners.

When you only have $300 million to spend in the high stakes world of the NFL you have nothing else you can do but spin your wheels and throw shit against a wall --- and pray something good comes of it. Not a great business model, eh?

Mark has no one but himslef to blame now for this mess when he had an iron clad deal on the table from Adelson.

There was never a "deal". That's the thing lol. It was a verbal agreement. Funny because everybody saw this as a done deal when there were never any signed agreements. But I get your point lol

A deal in principal then whatever lol. Adelson is no choir boy but from everything I've heard and read about the situation is that Davis thought he could pull a fast one. C'mon man
