2021 Free Agents

Yep, they’d need to convert Miller’s salary, it seems. Raiders went from #14 in cap space to #28 with this move per OTC, with the remaining space needed to sign drafted rookies. Thus the team is currently tapped out. Its only other options are designate Hudson a post June 1 trade, cut/trade Richard, Heath, Parker, Key, Hurst, and/or rely upon roster exemptions for Carr, Richard and/or Morrow.

#Raiders deal with Miller increased his cap hit by about $9 million this season. Over The Cap has them with about $2.6M in cap room for 2021 right now.

Here is what Kolton Miller's new 3 year contract extension looks like with the #Raidershttps://t.co/4rnjFTMSkc
I thought we couldn't designate Hudson post June 1st because he was traded.

Somebody posted a rule that trades are treated the same as cuts, allowing for one to get designated as a post June 1 cut, I thought. If not, then you are right and that $6.1M can-kicking option does not exist.

I thought I read something about Richard getting a cap hit discount because he has been with the team for a long time. If true, a full Richard may no longer be a full Richard.

Richard has to be a no brainer cut no? That would double our cap space.
How fucking Richard is still on this team is a head scratcher.

Admit your stupid mistake, cut this fool and move on.

The Raiders are a maddening bunch of incompetent cocksuckers.

They could always extend Hurst while he is cheap #THISisHowYouHomer :raiderbag:

He hasn’t earned that at all yet though lol. And you know I loved me some Hurst (especially in the 5th!) when he came out.

Not sure what the deal is. Either they really don’t like him or he was hurt all year last year because he should have stayed on the field a lot more considering how bad Collins was playing.

Im sorta gonna give the young D players a pass until the bullets start flying with a real coordinator. If they still suck then I’ll pick up right where I left off.

The trade actually has to be executed after June 1st though. Cuts can happen any time and still get the designation.

Whereas I watched it one time and felt like I kept waiting for it to be funny. Maybe it’s because I saw it late and it had so much hype. I dunno.

Ben Stiller, Jack Black, RDJ, Fuckin Kenny Powers with explosives? Dude that was a funny movie. But, all those guys are either you love them or you kinda can’t stand them.

The Tom Cruise cameo!
