Looking to next year

ODELL BECKHAMWR, CLEVELAND BROWNS

Jay Glazer of Fox Sports reports Odell Beckham has told players and coaches on other teams he wants out of Cleveland.
Beckham made waves with some of his comments last week, implying he was unsure of his future in Cleveland. "No one knows what the future holds," said Beckham. "I couldn't sit here and tell you whether I'm going to be here, want to be here, don't want to be here." OBJ later clarified his remarks on Twitter, though usually where there's smoke, there's fire. Per Glazer, Beckham has made a habit of telling players and coaches on opposing teams before and during games to "come get me." Glazer added that he doesn't see Beckham's relationship with the Browns "ending well" after this year. In the midst of one of his worst statistical seasons, moving the high-maintenance and oft-injured wide receiver might be easier said than done.

:chuckle:
Isn't that the same text that Manziel sent to the Browns when he was sitting in the green room?

JDR went 7-9, 12-4 and 6-10 got him fired in the tunnel after the final game. So far Gruden is below the JDR line.
No sacred cows, no excuses, just the facts.
Whats the odds he rolls into next season with Carr and Guenther?

What do you think?

Number 1 target for the Raiders in free agency. Corey Littleton.

Cory Littleton, who will be a free agent after this season, could be one of those players.

He’s quickly become one of the better linebackers in the league, specifically in coverage. According to Pro Football Focus, he has the second-best coverage grade of all linebackers this season at 87.3.

His overall grade of 80.7 is also impressive, ranking as one of the top players at his position. He was good last season, too, his first year as a starter, but he’s taken his game to another level. Littleton does it all in the middle of the field, leading the Rams with 58 tackles (two for a loss), one QB hit, two interceptions, a forced fumble and two fumble recoveries. He also has one sack, which came last week against the Falcons.

Littleton has yet to be an unrestricted free agent, signing a one-year tender this past offseason to remain with the Rams at a salary of just $3.1 million. That’s hardly a number representative of the way he’s played, which is why he’s in line for a raise.

The question is whether the Rams will be the ones to pay him, or if it’ll be someone else.

Are you saying Gruden gonna clip both those losers?
20/1 he doesn't. I said in another thread that I give a 95% chance we roll into Vegas with Carr and Guenther.

I think there’s a way higher chance both get clipped. He’s going to need some scapegoats other than injuries. I think he’ll also be looking for a young QB.

Lets get both these guys.

Why does he need scapegoats? He has eight years left on his contract.
