Gruden has more money than he will ever need but the guy hates losing as much as anyone. It’s all about bringing a title to the Raiders which should cement his legacy. I truly believe that.

I believe that Gruden wants to win as much as anybody. I also do not think he views Guenther and Carr as obstacles to winning.

Then he's a complete retard barely able to operate a vehicle or function in society. I'm really hoping he does and he is just blowing smoke, to bad mouth either in public isn't his style.

Don’t take everything Chucky says in the media as gospel. If he starts trashing his coaches and QB it’s signaling that he has lost control.

I don't think he's there yet. Gruden is smart in the sense that it's going to take a few years of continuity to really have a legitimate foundation but I worry that we know all we need to know about some of the building blocks right now and are just punting the continuity issues down the road. And he's only two years into this. We're almost 20.
