I think the Chargers should go get a kicker next season. This guy is the anti-Vinateri out there. He always misses extra points of the FG. I mean we are talking easy FGs. It started last year in the playoffs against the Jets. It hasn't gotten better this year. Nate cost his team a win in Philly last year in missing a FG. At some point, you really have to wonder if he is good enough to win you games. Chargers got little margin for error as far as playoffs goes so you can't be missing easy FGs and all.

Chargers dodged a bullet today.

Washington is not a bad team but their offense is just kinda pathetic. they had 'em on the ropes took a ridiculous sack and missed the game winning FG (potentially) in regulation.

D'oh.

Fact is good teams tend to find ways to win and San Diego is doing that.

Yeah that was a great win for the Bolts today. They needed this one or else it could be over for them for the year. They survived today. You gotta give them credit. They have had a tough schedule especially with making three trips to the East Coast. I thought they have held up well. I think it could help them as we get to the nitty-gritty of the season (five games left).

LT was the man as usual. You saw how he ran for the TD to give them the win. As soon as he had the ball, he started running and NO Redskin TACKLED him. Redskins just gave up when LT had that ball.

I think the Redskins are done now. I thought they played over their heads this season. They just weren't that good. They are done.

With the Chiefs and Chargers winning, Steelers gotta win tommorow night or they could be in a bind soon.

I agree. I think it's really strange how Kaeding degraded since he was drafted. At a minimum, San Diego should bring in competition next season or they're going to get the same kind of performance from Kaeding that they got this season.

The odd thing is that his FG percentage is very good, but he's missed some clutch kicks and his kick offs have seemed shorter.

He hasn't been asked to kick a lot of FG's and that might be why the misses seem more critical.

ALL of that sounds like Janikowski...

• Needs co0mpetetion in training camp
• Misses MOST clutch kicks
• Kickoffs tend to suck when you need a boomer the most
