Post Draft Preseason Depth Chart 2021

Yeah, but we potentially sacrifice another player now as a waiver to do that. No excuse to keep him around.

The opposite is what should happen at best. Waive him, then bring back if they want, but don't expose another player for this bum.

... we don't have to. He is suspended. He is exempt from the roster while serving said suspension.

Thought he still had to be part of final 53 before beginning suspension? He's either on the final roster suspended, or off the final roster suspended, no?

no - he's added to the suspended list at the start of the season automatically. So as of 9 minutes ago he was eligible for "reserve/suspended"

Interesting...don't see how that's makes sense but will take your word. Obviously the same situation happened last year, but I thought he was kept on the initial 53, then suspended and freed up a spot.

Check out the big brain on Langlier. You are smart motherfucker.

How do you know all the ins and outs?

I think we can both agree that he probably didn't leave much, if anything on the table financially. I'm sure he looked at Agholar's emergence when considering otherwise similar offers but guys like him take what they can get and guys like you're presenting him to be don't take prove it deals. His production isn't anything special. He cracked 1k in a high volume vertical offense playing opposite Fitz and another time as the number one WR. It's nice although not particularly impressive and certainly not indicative of anything from that Ravens Beat article you quoted.
We have one (hopeful) vertical threat left on the roster. Not thrilled about that.

Ummn...10 games under .500, no playoff appearances, exactly one player drafted that is currently pro-bowler caliber (Jacobs), two way over drafted players (Ferrell, Arnette), two late season collapses, an all time moron at DC, whiff after whiff in FA, and you think we're "absolutely" on track? What state are you in and what drugs are legal there?
I hate that stat.

Yep... I've got a good feeling about this one.

Rich Eisen...

On Thursday, Rich Eisen said on "The Rich Eisen Show," that Las Vegas has not been given the attention it deserves.

"Everybody's talking about Kansas City because why not? It's Patrick Mahomes," Eisen said. " ... Justin Herbert is atop many people's MVP lists for the upcoming season. The (Chargers) added J.C. Jackson, they added one of the best players on defense of the last several years as well to add to Joey Bosa on that line. Khalil Mack is now going to be wearing powder blue here in Los Angeles.

"And then Denver. Denver got Russ [Russell Wilson]. Russ is going to cook in Denver. Denver was always that team of the last several years -- they had so many great young offensive weapons, they just needed the quarterback. And they got Randy Gregory.

"Everybody keeps sleeping on the Las Vegas Raiders, except me. I'll be fine with that. I'm not thinking they're winning the Super Bowl, I'm saying they're winning this division. Everybody, you keep sleeping on the Silver and Black. I'll be fine with that."

Eisen had the Raiders at No. 3 on his list of top-five overlooked NFL teams.
