List of FA'S in 2019

I couldn’t think of many better scenarios.

Jacobs is exactly the guy Carr needs. Q makes everyone better.

Clark heals some Khalil wounds.

And for late first or second rounder. That’s a win win in my book

Meh on Ferguson...

Look at my fuckin face......you don't put up those kind of numbers 3 years in a row being lucky....he's fuckin strong on the edge and can put the fuckin heat on QBs..if that dude played for FSU or Alabama he'd be a top 10 pick....dude has it going on

Frank Clark is a violent man. Still young but a bit of a knucklehead tho

Didn't Clark punch a broad or some shit? I would say Mark wouldn't sign off on that, but I guess it's whatever Gruden/Mayock wants at this point.

I'm not trading first or second day picks for Clark. Maybe a third if we picked one up and didn't get our edge guy

He's on a franchise tag and isn't going to resign cheap. If I want Clark I wait until next year and just sign him

You and every other team. We have the ammo this year. If he has another double digit sack season, his price goes up even more.

The reasons why trading for Frank Clark...

He wouldn't cost us two first round picks a franchise tag player usually commands.

Next year we would compete with 31 other teams, where this year we are competing with seven.

Clark is a proven commodity, the ones we select in the draft we "hope" become like him.

Allows us to bundle picks easier next year to move up in the draft.

Mayock may have mentioned what he did because of Antonio Brown's age (Frank is going to give us five years minimum), but he is smart enough to know that getting the rights to offer a player like Clark a contract is harder than actually paying him. These players don't come free that easily....unless you are the Raiders.

I agree with you that Ferguson is a solid prospect. If we spent our 2nd rounder on him, I'd be okay, but disappointed a little. As far as the talk about him being a top 10 pick? I think that's a little strong for my tastes.

I personally have never thought of him as anything more than a back half of round 1 early round 2 kind of guy. His Senior Bowl was less than stellar, atleast the week of practice. (Note: It wasn't bad either. ) His Pro-day was a disaster, IMO. I'm actually gonna look past that a bit, because I do think he offers some traits that I think will translate to the next level.

If someone said he was a late 2nd early 3rd round guy I wouldn't question that either, I'm ignoring some athletic red flags that I probably shouldn't. All in all he's someone I really wouldn't target at the top of round 2, but if we acquired a late 2nd early 3rd where I think his real value is, I'm good with taking him even if I have others in that range I prefer.
