You might be trying too hard.

Telesco and AP said they wanted a strong running game, deep passing and speed.

Those three things can come in different forms. Getsy can deliver the running game. Telesco/AP can deliver speed. Can Getsy deliver a deep passing attack? It’s starts with a QB, which brings us full circle to Telesco/AP.

I would take Russell as a two year bridge to draft Bo Nix. The kid has a cannon arm, is accurate and mobile. He needs to work on his footwork in the pocket and step into his throws…not bail the pocket too early even though he’s accurate on the move. He has a tendency to throw off his heels, falling backwards when pressured. He’s got a strong enough arm to make it work in college, but not in the pros. Even though he has some work to do, he’s a humble kid that will work his ass off to get better. I’ve watched this kid play since he was a freshman in high school. His dad is an Auburn legacy and one of the top high school coaches in Alabama. Brian Harsin and the potato gang he brought from Boise ran him off, so I had to pull for him as a Duck, but the kid has Moxie and it won’t surprise me at all if he has a good pro career.

I agree with this, but I can also see why someone would give him a second chance.
 
Adams probably vouched for Getsy.

Fields couldn't play in any kind of structure so I don't know how to evaluate Getsy. I'm probably more confused than Mark at this point.

It's just a typical Raider dysfunction thing the last few days.

I’d give you Washington but, they seem to be in a good spot to make some progress and we can’t have you having anything close to hope.
