Al drafted a franchise QB and Pass rusher on his last leg? you are delusional. This roster is better than most in the NFL and mostly through drafting. He has his misses as does every GM in the league.
2014 was reasonably good? lol. One of the best single drafts ever by a team. 6 players that are still contributing.
2015 2 starters 4 keepers
2016 not looking too hot but Joseph looks like he's a keeper and Corey James has been pretty good.
Jury still out on 2017 with the injuries but Vanderdoes has been a plus player, we'll have to wait and see on Conley and Obi. Luani, Lee, Hester all contributing.

No GM has a perfect record, if you look around the league you will find that Reggie is on par or ahead of most with his drafting.
Comparing what he's done Al on his last leg? not even close.
