Well, according to FO Carr was the #7 QB this year, while according to BSBN's QBR, he was the #16 QB. Perhaps Downing will raise Carr's QBR next year.

Carr's WR targets ended up #13 (Cooper), #18 (Crabby) and #83 (Roberts). Plenty of room for improvement at #1 and #3 WR, and Crabby needs to drop fewer balls.

Carr's TE targets ended up #22 (Rivera), Walford (#27). Even more room for improvement at TE.

Even with a bad last game, Carr's OL ended up #1 in terms of sacks given up. Love to invest in a stud OT to play RT then transition to LT when Penn calls it quits.
