Browns week

First time I’ve had to meet the Feds at a client’s house. I let them in and opened locked rooms and a safe for them. Crazy day.
Time for you to go Cousin Vinny on some ass haha

I think we're seeing a reverse from previous years where his stats outweighed his actual effectiveness.

He's been pretty good this year managing games and being effective when he needs to be without putting up inflated stats.

He’s so far fixed, or has improved rather dramatically, the issues I’ve (and everyone else as well) had.

- Push the ball downfield more frequently

- Take off more frequently

- Display toughness on the field when going for a 1st down

- Don’t fold when the going gets tough

- Win games

This is definitely a weird grade. But I’m pretty pleased with how he’s played so far in 2020.

The only outstanding things I'd like to see that are still issues are

- Moving his feet when he's not scrambling. So many examples of getting blindsided by his OG's ass.

- Deep ball accuracy. He's taking shots and hitting in some of them, but he's overthrown Ruggs quite a bit even when it's not a windy day like last Sunday.

Overall, I'm seeing big strides along with only minor steps backwards in these key areas.

If he can figure out how to move when the middle of the pocket is collapsing I think some of the big negative plays (sacks, fumbles, and INTs) could turn into big positive plays (moving to help get his receivers open and seeing the coverage break down).

Yeah I agree. I think the pocket issues may have been self imposed last week. Not wanting to spin out, and into Myles Garrett. But if it becomes a trend, I’ll be wrong on that one.

Deep ball accuracy for sure has been hit and miss. Weather maybe an issue last week, but a few times he’s missed Gafford/Ruggs either with inaccuracy or miscommunication.

He cleans those up a tad, he’s gonna have a really good year.

And I both love, and hate the way he’s been running. I love the intensity and competitiveness, but he’s not built to be doing that shit so much.

He can’t take shots like he did against TB all year. Bad things are gonna happen.

We get it Carr, you found your balls. Now put them back in your shorts homie. Find that slide button (just not 10 yards in front of a defender) again.

“Your honor, my caliente is completely innocuous of these flagarentally false and malnourished charges! If the glove doesn’t fit, we demand a retraction. Go Raiders. Thank you.”
