2020 Offseason Roster

Lol. But if you take the stat at face value, you know, how FO actually tabulated it then the team just ahead of us in cumulative games missed went to the SB. Looking forward to Carr finally getting a fair shake with that injury free season surrounded by all pro’s in all warm weather conditions with no ref fuck ups like every other QB gets though.
:rotf:

Yep, but I’d much rather have a year like Minn and Tenn had when it comes to injuries.

I’m partial to Pittsburgh’s injury report from last year if I had to choose.

Another wasted pick. This fucking team. Hall and Parker- two totally wasted picks. You want to know why bad teams stay bad? Shit like this. If this was Red- than he really was as dumb as everyone said. If this was Gruden, the asshole needs to not go anywhere near the draft room.
Mind blowing in all reality. With MEJ if Red wanted him, I doubt he's there in round 3. But hall and parker would both be there a full round later without question.

Hall might have been. Parker not so much. He had a lot of athletic tools in a draft with a poor choice of Ts. We're just unlucky that he couldn't put those tools together.

Parker also got a little (or a lot) exposed in Mobile when he had to line up against D1 competition. He didn't have a great pre-draft process. And even if he wouldn't have been available a full round later, I think we can safely speculate it was entirely unnecessary to give away three draft picks to go up and get him.

I liked him. I liked Hall, too. Very hard to be a fan of habitually over-drafting Day 3 talent, however, because this is usually the end result.

Trent Brown donates $20k. I mean it’s nice and all but it’s literally like me giving the homeless guy a cigarette butt and expecting a pat on the back.
The donation is being used to buy chromebooks so kids can continue receiving an education.... so not like giving a homeless guy a cigarette at all. As for the size of the donation, I’m not going to shit on anybody for trying to help children. Good job, Trent.

Oh I’m not hating just saying. How many chromebooks will 20k get ya? is that even one class?

I'm just here for the entertainment. I don't think the team has a snow balls chance in hell as long as Mark owns them.I am just completely over it.
Nothing like Raider fans though.
^ This me exactly

A Chromebook costs $300 retail.
Ok so 70 or so. More than I thought. But still it translates to about an hour’s pay for Brown. Throw in the tax write off and the cigarette butt analogy is close.
But like I said I’m not mad at him about it, more just questioning the need for an article about a pretty minor donation.

I’m guessing that the article is more on the PR department than Trent.

He doesn’t make THAT much money that $20k is nothing. He doesn’t even get half after his agent and the government get a hold of it. He’s got a small window to make that kind of coin, $20k is a lot of scratch.

Did he not give up 3 or 4 sacks in the actual game as well as being obliterated all week in practice?

I mean I'm no OL scout like Tom Cable but nobody here understood how you could watch that dude from Podunk Technical College and decide to move UP to draft him in the top 3 rounds.

He was a day 3 developmental tackle just like Jylan Ware was the year before...Turrible.
