*** 2019 NFL Regular Season “Other Teams” Thread ***

Didn’t realize Fangio’s Donks had an epic collapse. Bodes well for Minn.

We learned a pretty crazy stat on Sunday that when teams have a halftime deficit of at least 20 points, then their record is 0-99. Not one team has posted a win with their back against the walls — until the Minnesota Vikings broke through. They become the first team to complete the comeback after the Denver Broncos jumped out a 20-0 halftime lead.

This was an interesting game that looked like the Broncos might have something with Brandon Allen, but for the Broncos to watch their lead evaporate to nothing has to be a sickening feeling for this organization and their fans. Allen had a chance to win it late, but his inexperience showed in the red zone.

I think Indi’s D will bottle up Watson, and if Hilton and Indi’s leading TE are playing, Brissette will have the tools to beat Hou, which is what I expect is going to happen.

Houston is playing at home. I like their chances although their receiving corp is banged up

I have to win out for a shot at the playoffs in one of my leagues and I'm stuck between Jordan Wilkins/James White as my RB2. Fucking Marlon Mack and James Conner getting hurt screwing me. I don't feel very good about my chances.

I picked up Mack’s backup (williams I think?)

grab him if you can

Already taken or I would've. Wilkins has been Mack's backup the last two years but has been hurt so I picked him up just in case Mack misses a few weeks and they go back to Wilkins.

Myles Garrett accusing Rudolph of using a racial slur prior to him swinging the helmet.

Rudolph denies it.

If he had said a slur, I’m pretty sure a few of his teammates would have heard it and probably turned towards him in that moment.

Not buying it. Garrett just keep digging yourself into the hole buddy. Stop taking steroids, maybe that will help your temper.

Dumbass.

That's wild. There actually was a reporter that got a lot of shit (rightfully) for immediately assuming Rudolph threw some sort of racial slur his way. But honestly Garrett has been borderline dirty on the field since he came into the league and it's not a surprise to me he took it to another level. Garrett doesn't get off the hook even if he was called a slur IMO but Rudolph would be pretty fucked if he tossed a hard 'n-word' Garrett's way. If I had to guess Garrett is making shit up to try and salvage his career and reputation and is just making it worse but we'll see.

I dont buy the racial slur part.

That would have come up as an immediate defense no?

"I'm sorry for what I did but I suspected/thought Mason used a racial slur and lost my cool" The next day maybe....

Like I let everyone know wtf he said if I lost my cool like that.

He would've gained full support from media/fans right after the incident if he would've said in his post game presser 'he called me the n-word and I shouldn't have reacted the way I did but that word is not okay' or some shit. Instead he waits until now to disclose that was what set him off? Not passing the smell test for me.

One of the 27 cameras would have caught it on tape probably.

It would have been tweeted about. Memed.

Another player definitely would have heard it. There would have been a reaction.

That’s the world we live in though. You don’t like something? Play the race card.

Classic.

For a smart guy he's pretty fucking dumb if he thinks anyone actually believes that.

Wonder if anyone in the media has the balls to call bullshit?
