not who do you want with the #1 overall but what player do you want to have when the first round is said and done. polling this to knock the other one off the front page.

J-Russ at the moment.

Could flip down to Quinn.

AP in a trade down only. He isnt worth #1 overall.

Ill take Quinn. I know Ja has a rocket attached to his shoulder but I think Qunn is going to be a very good NFL QB. He's smart, has been running a pro offense, reads defenses well and has been under the spotlight in his college career and handles it well.

If we go with AP, Ja or CJ I'm not going to be unhappy but right now Just Quinn, baby! :)

You can all foget a RB, aint gonna happen, Jordans making to much bank and Fargas showed solid outings when he played

Raiders will do 1 of 3 things... if they dont, you may all take shots of mustard in the Nips eye.. But the mustard of my choice.. sorta the last request blindfold or not type thingy

1) JaMarcus Russell

2) Calvin Johnson

3) a trade down no farther than the 4th pick

Take it to the bank...

Everybody Wang Chung tonight

Amen Bother TODAY I want Russ, but in the back of my mind Like think Quinn is tough and may be really good.....

AP isn't on my radar I would rather take CJ or Thomas.

Adrian Peterson to help our defense get some rest and allow us to cut LJordan. CJ is going to beast but we need more than a WR. J.Russell is a close second, im mostly afraid to gamble with 60 million.Rather trade a 4th for Carr or 3rd round Troy Smith.

AP and the run game in 07'.... mind subject to change 4000 more times.

::::shakes head::::

Except when a pass rusher gets in the way of that "spotlight". If the big games are any indication, he can read a defense about as well as I can.

I knew I'd get hammered for liking Quinn. I dunno I just having this feeling he's gonna be good. I also think Leinart is going to be really good and we passed on him. I'm still pissed about it. Whether Quninn is a number one overall pick is a good question but then you could say that about any of the top 4-5 players. No matter waht the stats say it's a crap shoot. The Mother of All Crap Shoots.

Like I said I'm fine with JaMarcus, Peterson or CJ but today I like Quinn. I'll change my mind 30 times by draft day but...just sayin'.

Aaron Brooks
Andrew Walter
Kerry Collins
Tui
Rick Mirer
Rob Johnson
Tee Martin

The absolute pitiful performances we've gotten from the QB position post Gannon is enough to sell me on taking a chance on a QB while we're in a position to do so...

If there were someone out there via FA/trade that would be a LONG TERM solution at the position, I'd gladly step to it and take Adrian Peterson, who I absolutely love... So far the only 'available' QB that blows up my skirt just a tad is David Carr....

My order of perference:
1) JaMarcus Russell at 1
2) Aquire David Carr and draft Adrian Peterson
3) Trade down and take Saint Quinn
4) Trade down and take Alan Branch
5) Trade down and take Jamal Anderson

I would be happy with this,

1) Aquire David Carr with a 4th
2) Trade Moss and the 3rd to GB for 1-16 then draft
3) 1-1 C Johnson WR
4) 1-16 M Lynch RB
and to top it off 2-33 select Z Miller TE

That would be awesome.

I don't know what to expect myself. I do know that as long as we select Adrian Peterson or Jamarcus Russell i'll be ok. After that I don't know what I'd want. Maybe a Tight End?

Russell without a doubt...im so tired of having an average QB...

Some RB's will show up in either FA or late in the draft...Good QB's are harder to come by IMO

I mean im fine with Russell, AP, Johnson but I prefer Russell.

Yeah i agree. QB's are hard to find. Rb is thick in next years draft. Only wildcard is Cj, he really is a 10/10.

The player I most want is still Peterson.

i read rumors of david carr. If we could land him, i'd change my pick to peterson pretty easily.

1) Jamarcus Rusell & a trade back into the first to grab MLynch
2) Sign David Carr, trade down for A Peterson.
3) Jamarcus Russell and trade for Clinton Portis

1. JaMarcus Russell with the #1 overall pick.

2. Trade the first pick in the 4th round for Carr and select Calvin Johnson after trading Randy Moss.

3. Trade the first pick in the 4th round for Carr and trade down with Cleveland, picking up their 2nd. Then select Adrian Peterson.
