Where is this forum going from here?

That was our go-to spot in college. CC served bottled Coronas at the card tables. We’d stay there all night. One time we drank so much the Coronas were being served at room temperature right out of the box. Lol.
Was just there this weekend. We didn’t stay there but had the grandson for a day and took him to adventure done. Walking in, it legitimately looked like a refugee processing station, as if there had been a horrible hurricane and everyone got evacuated to Vegas. People and belongings just laid out all over the registration area.

Unless you're still single and thus free to mingle, I can't see how you fools can do Vegas. That city irritates the fuck out of me.
I hate Vegas. I used to be there frequently for business many years ago and never stayed downtown. It was always on the outskirts.

I was there in late February and thankful I didn't contract COVID.

I find it fun for a 2-3 day visit every decade or so haha.

Mind you I don't have a ton of big exciting cities to visit so its usually something new and different.

The idea of flying in on Friday with the wife or buddies, gambling some. Then eating and drinking some nice meals, catching a show or something Saturday and then watching the Raiders and flying home Sunday night is pretty damn intriguing for me and probably a bunch of other people.

Didn’t even gamble the last time I was there for fun. Saw Elton before he closed his show with the wife and kids. Attended a wedding. Then went back home. We stay at the Mandalay Bay, b/c that is where I stay when clients have a trade show.

Too many $25, $50 and $100 minimum tables these days in Las Vegas. That takes the fun out of it. No thanks.

But a show and some nice dinners and a Raiders game sounds OK.

Downtown is such a horrible place to be unless you're fucked up 24/7.

We’ve all been there and probably out grown it hahah.

I remember spending a week looking Cousin Eddie from National Lampoons vacation in Vegas. Packing those huge slushy alcohol drinks around 24-7 just completely hammered hahaha.

Watching a show, having a nice dinner, doing some low key gambling and then watching the Raiders get shit kicked by any decent team sounds fun for my old ass now though haha.
