Such an abysmal last decade. And truth be told, if you want to go back *another* decade…results would probably be similar.

Why did I put this link in the Tyree thread? Cuz it’s emblematic of why are results have been so atrocious. Picking this guy…when stud Jalen Carter was there? Unbelievable. Picking Clelin Ferrell when Josh Allen was there? Head scratching. Picking Abrams, Arnette, Conley, Michael Huff, etc., etc., etc. when so many players were better options? Hate to say this…but you almost have to *try* to be that bad.

Only way out of this year-after-year-after-year merry go round of dismal results is obviously better drafts. Really thought Zieg had ‘the goods’. But picking Tyree, Butler, etc., (albeit early) has me seriously wondering.

They had to wait until he broke his foot. That solidified the decision that he would be their #1 pick.

Everyone was like, it’s too risky on Carter after the Ruggs debacle, but how many times did we miss on a player coming out of college with an injury? But yet it still doesn’t stop us from picking them.
