I have zero idea what they have with this guy.Zuhn should be alright if he just blocks somebody......anybody.
I’d be curious to actually see Bain’s response and not just the quote. Zuhn talked a little smack before the Miami game and the Miami DL dominated their OL. Zuhn was maybe the best of the bunch but I think he got beat up on a bit too. Could’ve been a tongue in cheek comment from Bain.

I suspect they drafted him to play tackle.
We will see.
He's also an oddity at guard and I don't know that he has ever played the position. They announced him as a guard, so playing tackle with his short arms would be pretty surprising. Whatever works, though.

that would be a 1st in nearly 25 yearsThey know what they're doing.....![]()

I at least trust Dennison on what he wants in a lineman.that would be a 1st in nearly 25 years
A 6’6.5” OC is more odd, but he played that in college. He's also an oddity at guard and I don't know that he has ever played the position.

JPJ is no lock.
Don Mosebar made the switch from OT to C at 6’6”…. not unprecedented. But doubt Spy spent a third on him as a C when he just gave a record contract to Linderbaum to play the position for at least the next three years. He does make for an ideal guy to have on your bench (at least initially) and have the flexibility as a “swing OL” to be on the active game day 48 man roster and be able to play / backup at any of the 5 positions.A 6’6.5” OC is more odd, but he played that in college.
There was photos of him playing RG as well.
That makes sense to me.
I always heard the opposite from lineman, since the footwork, hand placement, etc get out of whack unless you're constantly working both sides.Big Linc said its not that big of a deal switching sides for an OL.
Mixed messages, for sure.I always heard the opposite from lineman, since the footwork, hand placement, etc get out of whack unless you're constantly working both sides.
