Welcome to the team - Spencer Burford

Point is you screw up the draft and that's how you end up with Spencer I'm a fucking retard that can't spell Burford as a starter.

I'm not going to homer the 2025 draft.

" a bunch of linemen came off the board"

Reading comprehension.

Good thing they traded back and ended up with Bech, Calb and Grant over Rutledge who a bunch of us liked.
Porter might work out.
WTF are you talking about? Did you even click the link and look? 3 OT were drafted between 2.37 and 3.67— Hou’s 330 lb Esery, GB’s 335 lb Benton, and Chi’s 6’8” Trapilo—none of whom would play OG for Dennison, let alone start over Glaze. Heck, many people had Grant rated higher as an OT prospect.

Point is, it’s why @007 created the BR.net put-your-money-where-your-mouth-is thread. SpyGuy opted not to pay Parham and opted instead to go cheap with Burford.

Yet didn’t Spencer help open up the hole that Washington scored on?

Hard to tell from play to play because this o-line moves around, but to this very untrained eye, I'm a fucking retard that can't spell Burford is the weak link-like literally. JPJ has lapses but his play strength is evident from play to play. He takes certain guys out of the club and is the strongest guy on this o-line. I'm a fucking retard that can't spell Burford, physically, gets beat. He's been serviceable and not a bad player at all but he's clearly got limitations. Glaze, on the other hand, has played solid. The Raiders should keep adding to that group- hell do it every year and develop guys- like Philly used to do. Overall this unit is miles ahead of last year.

I want a mauling OL year in and year out... still work to be done on the OL and I'm sure Kubiak knows it and will be pushing to add more talent next year.

It did not fucking matter who we picked in that draft. The Raiders were on their way down into the pit.

Calvin Johnson would have no more mattered to the Raiders than he did to the Lions.

He would have been fun to watch, though.

I don't think the point is would we have been better off with Megatron. It's years of stupid picks instead of good ones.
Yes, we would have been better off taking good players instead of shitty ones.

And if we took one too many we wouldn’t have Kubiak which I’d trade for any player drafted in the last 3-4 drafts

People still bitching about Jeanty what if that Membou was good enough to steal a game cause Geno got more time. Then what we have some second tier hire as a coach and who do we hace playing QB. Kubiak ain’t coming here without Mendoza
