Welcome to the team - RB Ashton Jeanty

Shelving our top 6 generational RB is a crazy notion.

Beat the fuckin brakes off him. RBs rarely ever get a 2nd contract with their original team so might as well squeeze every drop.

What does that accomplish this year though?

History has shown that these guys can't do it in back-to-back years. Might as well run him into the ground next year, hopefully as part of an upgraded roster. I think you also want to avoid the off chance he goes off for a career day at some point and derails our plans.

Plus we don't want him to fuck around and have a big game, win, and fuck up our tank. ;)

You could have the love child of Emmit Smith and Barry Sanders and they're not going off behind this line. Dude is getting hit behind the line of scrimmage. But I would let him sit to aid the tank.

It's never too early to start planning for that Giants game.

They're dead last in rushing defense and probably trying just as hard as we will be to lose.

I might offer Jalen Richard a one-day contract to suit up for that game.

You wanted to run him into the ground with me like 3 months ago!

Ok fine I don’t care honestly lol. He can sit. I don’t want him accidentally winning a game for us.

Giants have been competing, I think we get trounced in that one either way.

Might have a chance if Dart is starting, Winston would shred the Raiders defense.

It depends on the perspective you're looking at it through.

To hear an offensive coordinator that's presumably trying to win game saying they're intentionally limiting the snaps of their top 10 draft pick, that sounds dumb. If you're trying to win games, run him into the ground. As a fan looking at a lost season, it makes more sense to preserve him for the future and not risk having him fuck around and have a career day.

It gives me more ammo to tell people how fuckin dumb the pick was too.
