Welcome to the team - RB Ashton Jeanty

JMO but I think he's pretty good, needs to grow up, and the guys in the locker room are fine with him taking his lumps until he figures out how to carry himself like a pro. For you Dubs fans here, pretty reminiscent of the Kuminga situation.
He’s the best tackler on the team which is important since geno can’t stop throwing picks

There has never been a competition, and he was never beat out or been competing for anything.
You probably are not going to understand that though.

There's nothing to understand. You seem more upset than he does. He's starting when healthy. He's had one bad game and one good game. Again, I'm not understanding how they did him wrong.

Throwing him under the bus how? By saying he's competing for his position? He is competing for his position. Just probably not for the reasons you think. You're right though, the whole team is watching and if he really is being as immature as it's starting to sound, they're likely behind the coaching staff 100%.

Kolton Miller, Dylan Parham, and DJ Glaze did not compete for their positions. Meredith and JPJ competed at C, and Carroll never said Meredith won -- only that he was one of the best five and his short arms could be minimized easier at C than G. Then Cappa and JPJ competed at RG.

The RBs competed as did the WRs, the entire D-line except for Maxx did, same with the LBs and CBs and Ss.

But only JPJ. If Metedith gets to be C because he's one of the best five, WTF was Cappa even doing?

I'm not sure what you're trying to say here. Almost everyone on the entire team competed for their position and that helps the JPJ argument how? Listen, I agree that he's more talented and I'd like him to be at the best position for him (although he's coming around at guard anyway). I think there are some behind the scenes issues with him that date back prior to Pete & Co.

I can’t believe how small Jeanty looks. He’s a fucking midget.

We get the best TE in the draft last year..... We get the best RB in the draft (allegedly) this year.... and we still can't win.

That's probably one of the best illustrations of why this is a QB league. If we don't get the QB situation fixed while they're in their rookie contracts, we will have wasted 2 very good picks.
Yep

The only position that moves a line in Vegas is the QB position

Time to draft a QB…..really
