Welcome to the team Klint Kubiak

Not a fan of that one but whatever. I was thinking have I ever seen a succcessful HC use that as a motivational tool, and I can't think of one. I don't even like it in college. I think they call it helmet stickers in college.

Yeah I still think Kubiak will be a good one but that shit means nothing to NFL players. Jeanty and Brock gonna frame their sticker or call their mom hahaha.

Instead of gold stars and stickers, be organized, communicate clearly and make changes when the shit doesnt work.

Literally just do the opposite of whatever Pete Carroll did last year. Have a plan each day and put the work in without the nepotism and bullshit. They dont need to catch passes from our HC or get a high five. A really organized training regimen and plan of attack will work.

Earn the shield: It appears new #Raiders HC Klint Kubiak is having his players work to have the shield decal put on their helmets, as seen at Day 1 of veteran minicamp.

Will either be forgotten in the midst of our championship runs in 2029 onward, or it will be cited as why he was in over his head when he's fired by then. Personally not a fan and know players snicker at that stupid shit, but he's trying to set a standard this way in a place that hasn't had one in decades. Whatever it takes; hopefully it helps change the culture.

I've been watching old games again, and some sorry mofos caught lightning in a bottle for a litttle bit, so it's even more damning that we've been bad so long. Both Ron Rivera and John Fox went to Super Bowls, Fox with Jake Delhome at QB. This can be done by, just like you said, being organized and not doing dumb ass shit.

Today’s NFL is about building a new locker room every year. IDK how this plays into that, but respect for the team/teammates, i.e., the shield, rather than being a band of mercenaries, is about winning.

Building a culture and a comPete level like you raved about last year just before your law case came up.

That might work on grammar school kids, not on grown men.
If you need motivation to perform better, your team has bigger issues than a helmet sticker is going to fix.

Per Lincoln Kennedy, the Raiders used to do it in Napa too. He supports it. I assume he’s a grown man, no?
