The Raiders have a home game against Cleveland after a desperately needed rest and regroup bye. Oakland is holding steady as the 32nd ranked team and Cleveland is holding steady as the 28th ranked team.

Does mediocre versus mediocre equal excellent viewing? What about betting?

I'm taking the over. This is the first real test for Oakland's secondary and the first defense the offense should be able to find a rhythm against. In my book that spells points.

Oakland has a VERY bad record against the spread, favorite or dog.
