This week the bookie gets a break and only has to deliver one game for the faithful.

Denver continues to struggle on offense but retains a decent power ranking 12, up from 13, on the strength of holding Kansas City to 6 points. Hmmm. Denver is 27th in points scored, 29th in passing yards, 4th in rushing yards and 19th overall. Plummer is playing poorly, but they're still able to move the ball on the ground with Tatum and Mike ringing the Bell.

On defense Denver is 7th in points, 15th in yards, 24th against the run, and 7th against the pass. Their pass defense has kept them in the hunt, but as with several other teams in the league (everyone in the AFC West not named San Diego) their run defense has hurt them.

New England is 10th in the power ranking and 12th in points and yards, 3rd on the ground and 20th through the air. Brady has yet to find a consistent receiver but the one-two punch of Dillon and Maroney is keeping them in games too.

On defense New England is ranked 14th in points, 12 in yards, 9th against the run, and 18th against the pass.

This matchup looks to pit a solid Denver pass defense against a shaky New England pass offense, but an average New England pass defense against a shaky Denver pass offense.

Denver's porous run defense will meet one of the better running teams in the league while New England's solid run defense will meet one of its toughest challenges.

Something has got to give. New England is middle of the pack right now while Denver shows extremes on both sides of the ball.

Where do you put your vCash?

Not putting my vcash anywhere...just predicting a low-scoring game, with the Pats winning by a field goal! :p

I took the under.

It looks like we all had the same thought, but only 2 of us put our vCash on it.

I didn't know who would win. They've both looked bad all year, and that's why I was certain of the low score. If I think about it now, seven points were too much of a spread on this game. Too late.

Too bad the donkeys won though...NOW we all get to hear how great Plummer is for a whole week!! Yippee!!
