Kansas City’s 17th ranked offense plays host to the league’s 7th ranked Oakland defense. The Chiefs put the 13th most points on the board and the Raiders allow the 13th fewest points. These opposing forces pretty much balance out.

Oakland puts the 32th ranked offense on the road against the 14th ranked Kansas City defense. Nobody scores less than the Raiders and the Chiefs are one team better than average when the final gun sounds.

The point spread really favors Kansas City, and Oakland’s offense doesn’t give one much hope to believe otherwise. If these teams score their usual amount of points, the under is a good bet, and the spread is a 50-50 proposition. Is it better to weigh in under? You be the judge.

The bad news is that we're playing in Abelardo's coined "Marrowhead Stadium"....that place is and has been a problem for the Raiders. Like with Seattle unless the Raiders can find a way to take the crowd out of the game early it could be a long afternoon.

Why are you mincing words? Why put in that needless qualifier? It's going to be a looooooooong afternoon.

I'm taking the points. This game could just as easily be a slugfest as a track meet. If it goes track meet, I'll be lucky to win with the points.

I am with Angel here taken the over,,,,,but I hate to say that!!!! Since we all know we won't score more then 14!!!!!!!

Division rival games are always the best....I wouldn't be at all surprised to see the 2 teams total go over 35....and as usual, the game will probably be decided in the last seconds.
