The way they're talking about how remarkable his bird trick is, he may have some Rey Palpatine traits as well.

It tracks with the comic version of the character. Hal has more raw power and Stewart is more refined.

My guess is she's the big bad so it ends up playing into the story more than just face value. It would explain why the husband really couldn't do shit about John Stewart hitting it.

That is a curious bit of drama that's currently left dangling.

So long as they don't do the no-training-necessary/everything comes natural schtick, I'm cool with it. Not being able to fly right away is a good sign.

Worse than a whorehouses in Thailand lol. If MM is in the series though, it would 100 percent be the Sherrif. It might end up being too confusing since MM is different than the "manhunters" iirc. There's a villian called Bel Juz that could loosely fit the old cougar's character.

Just saw an interview clip from one of the actors on the show. Apparently, we're supposed to come away with a positive opinion of the mother. How...?
