the one eyed bandit dude

Speaking of Ol' One-Eye, what the hell happened to Aemond? He's not going to go on one of those season-long vision quests like Daemon, is he?

My guess is he got stabbed and the witch is going to rehabilitate him to where he comes back stronger. She wanted to be rewarded with a castle and got the snub so she's going to align I think.

Seems contrived, but that may only be because I'm in complain about everything mode. We'll see how it turns out.

Dude's got a dragon as big as a castle, but cut and run at the first hint of trouble. That's disappointing. I expected him and Daemon to be a couple of demons on this show, but they've both been kinda neutered, seems like.

Well I don’t know about his rehab but I know I read a blurb about some epic dragon battle this season and it’s mentioned in GOT so we should know wtf is coming with him haha

He didn't cut and run so much as get manipulated to leave by Alicent.

Odd, since he was so dismissive of her last season.

He did go there under the premise of confronting Daemon but she manipulated him to do so to get him out of Kings Landing. I guess it's a combination of him wanting the fight (even though he's obviously scared) and at the end of the day, she still holds power over him.

Think she lets him hit it this season?

@netflix
Melissa McCarthy and Clive Owen will star as Patsy and John Ramsey in THE MURDER OF JONBENÉT RAMSEY.

The new limited series is coming to Netflix this winter from showrunner Richard LaGravenese (Behind the Candelabra).

Melissa McCarthy, though? 🤨

I just finished watching The Deuce on HBO. I can’t believe that I had never heard of that show until last week. The guy who did The Wite can make a seriously great character driven show.

I’m just about to finish the second season of The White Lotus. I like it, but I don’t think that it’s as good as everyone makes it out to be. I’ve never been able to take Michael Imperioli seriously after watching him get punked out as Spider in Goodfellas.

I always feel a little shaky about it through the beginning episodes but it builds and then becomes good. Ending of Season 2 was perfect.
