1. J Rock
2. Micheal Huff year 2
3. a real pass rusher (Moses) across from D Boogie a few times this year
4. Zone blocking with a few guys made for it (carlisle, grove, gallery)
5. A REAL TE!(Miller)
6. A 4 WR set of Porter/Curry/Higgins/Williams/Gabriel (any 4 of the 5)

I agree. Am also excited to see what Fargas and Bush can do behind a new (real) blocking scheme. If Lamont can return to his original form, then we've got a nice three headed monster in our RB stable.

All in all, I haven't been this upbeat about the franchise since my team-satisfaction rating went in the toilet during our SB beating.

Nice lists.

Mine:
1. JR in Pre-season
2. JR wearing a baseball cap for the next 17 games
3. The seventeenth game
4. McCown impersonating Gannon
5. Our linebackers flying to the ball
6. Moss tanking on NE by game 11

Number one for me is seeing the coaching staff bring this team together. I've played on lots of talented teams with bad records so to me it's so much about gelling and playing together. So far so good and Kiff seems to excel in this area. Other things I'm excited about...

Russell's cannon for an arm.
Miller solidifying the tight end position.
Huff showing everyone why we took him over Leinart.
The rehabilitation of Michael Bush.
Moses off the edge.
Better pass-protection.

Watching Norv sink the Chargers.

I pray Randy Moss doesn't transform from an asshole into a good guy and a producer so the whole world will know he is in fact an ASSHOLE.

(I know, sounds like HBoy wrote that post).

and yeah...

• Michael Huff blows up and is a monster
• McCown keeps our #1 pick on the bench all year while the Raiders win 10 games and make the playoffs
• Our new center is right -- our OL is one of the best in the league. If that happens Walsh and Shell are bigger assholes than we thought
• Moses looks like the second coming of Julius Peppers and Bones is finally happy (our pass rush won't suck)

I'm looking forward to seeing our third victory of the season.

It's a sad day when even Stepper is setting the bar so low.

I'm looking forward to seeing our third victory of the season.

That'll come in week 4 my friend

I personally believe we will be one of the few teams that come oyt of Miami in September victorious

I see us beating the Browns, Lions and Dolphins in our 1st 4 weeks of the season..... Then its a tough rest of the way, I see maybe another 3-4 wins the next 12 games... ugh

I'm most looking forward to the offensive formations and the play calling myself.

Quinten Moses really intriques me and it would be tits to see him flourish into a speed rusher.

I can't wait to see the offense, I really think that we have some potential to do some things, with Jordon and Rhoades (I don't care what everyone says these two could do big things)

I also like the line despite the previous seasons. (well I like it better then I have, Gallery I am convinced will play better and Sims will too. I only worry about the LG spot.)

I really like the WR's as well, I think Curry can be the possession guy we all want to see & BMW can be the 3rd WR or slot guy. Now with Porter playing like he can we could be really good on offense.

I am looking forward to seeing a head coach with a pulse roaming our sidelines.

One that doesn't have a dazed look in his eyes the whole time.

I want to see a similar situation to what went down with Vince Young last season. You don't give a guy $60M and then sit him for an entire year. He needs to be able to come out of the chute in 2008 firing on all cylinders. He's a big dude. He can take his lumps if our OL still blows.

Now if we go 4-1 in the first 5 games, I might like to see if McCown can take us farther. But McCown ain't the future. Russell is.

Think about the difference between Cutler and Young. The Broncs likely sacrificed the playoffs by putting in a rookie when they didn't need to. The Titans were sucking and had to put in VY. Two different situations entirely. Now think about Alex Smith, Carson Palmer, and Phillip Rivers. I'll take McCown for a full-year please.

I'm excited to see...

...that the AFC West Forums banners have been updated.

Nnamdi Asomugha gets the nod this year for the Raiders banner and Jay Culter replaces Jake Plummer!

I want to see us break out of the huddle and get the play off before the play clock expires so we don't have to use all our timeouts in the first five minutes of every half.

I don't believe in that curse bullshit CB,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,but your ass is in trouble if that does happen.

Dont worry, with Al's huge boner for DB's if Aso cant work out a long contract to stay a Raider (90% likely IMO) then homeboy is going to be franchised... I think getting rid of Moss's huge contract will allow us to spend money on true Raider players like Aso. I wanna give Burgess a pay raise too. Just to thank him for all his production and for not holding out for a better deal, which he has earned. Gotta appreciate that.

You have to admit #21 looks pretty intimidating front and center in the banner! :D

F/ck a buncha superstitious BS.

Very Sweet Bones. Thanks. I realize the speed with which you took C-wood off the banner was mind-numbing in 'old-man years'. How's the hip?
