Yeah it's more Pete and Spytek's job to sell players on coming here. If we were pursuing a FA QB I could see Brady being brought into the mix.
 
Talking to Brady daily? Ok then. Spytek is essentially reporting to Brady.

4. Tom Brady is involved on a daily basis​

Spytek said he would be a fool not to consult minority owner Tom Brady when it comes to looking for a new quarterback, while Carroll was a bit more direct when it came to Brady’s involvement in the decision-making.

“He’s available every day,” Carroll said. “He’s available every day, yet he’s got a whole other world he’s working on. So he consults with us, and he’s really tuned in to what’s happening, and Johnny keeps track of him every step of the way. And then I feel free and comfortable to call him and text him at any time, and we’re (corresponding) regularly. So it’s been great. It’s amazing.

“Tom’s really clear in his vision that he has for how he will hope to see this go, and how he would like to influence it wherever he can.”
