I'll take one for the team @Crow

Every Raiders fan knows the pain of the Tuck Rule game that helped to catapult Brady's career into the upper stratosphere as the GOAT. And Mark's desire for a "football czar" has been well documented going back to the days of Dennis Allen when he was targeting Mike Holmgren to oversee Reggie McKenzie in 2013. I think that's one of the reasons why Mark targeted Jon Gruden for years, because he thought Gruden could be the captain of the ship more than a HC or a GM could be.
With Tom Brady entering the equation, it seems like we have a minority owner who is taking a page out of the Magic Johnson playbook. He's throwing his weight around the room to influence this team and to influence the big front office and coaching staff guys. And Tom has a maniacal dedication to chasing success. I have no doubt in my mind we would be heading into the 2025 offseason with Tom Telesco at the helm of the football operations if not for Tom Brady.
And now, heading into the Divisional Playoff weekend, the Raiders are considered front runners for the #1 head coaching candidate in Ben Johnson without a clear plan to address their QB position. This can only be attributed to Tom Brady's influence on this team.
But will Brady's success as a player influence on the team end up leading to on-field success as a minority owner? Will he bring the Raiders into relevancy the way Magic Johnson brought the Dodgers back to relevancy? Or will Brady's efforts look more like Michael Jordan's efforts as a part owner and front office executive?
