***The Official Thank You Jon Gruden Thread***

He wasn't a good coach either. The offense was predictable and never adjusted. He hired what might be the worst DC in team history. Plenty of worse coaches out there but he didn't really move the needle either.

True. I will say he got Derek to playing his best football in 2020, that's all I've got.

After getting him to play his worst football. Jon tore us down to basically get back to square one.

Yep. The report is devastating for NFL and Snyder. Get your popcorn...
Snyder already has 1 foot out the door. Goodell now has both out the door. Resignation as early as tomorrow. Better to do it right before the weekend and bury it.

wonder how much that cost them

@Sleet -- In English...can you tell me what this means? They're trying to cut a deal?
NFL is trying to compel arbitration, where there would be limited discovery and confidentiality governing the resolution. The trial judge refused to compel arbitration, which left the NFL to litigate against Gruden in public after full discovery. The Court of Appeal was always the NFL’s best chance to compel arbitration. The trial court just stayed the case, including discovery, pending the Court of Appeal’s decision regarding arbitration.
