If the Raiders were smart they would draft a QB in the first round either this next draft or the next, and Green Bay that shit while Geno is still viable. Take advantage of Geno as that bridge while they've still got him, rather than just using him up and having to pay another bag for an old Geno, or a new bag for a rookie that doesn't know the system.

That has worked very well for the Packers. Maybe other teams could learn from that.

I'm not sayin just sayin.

Sometimes it just takes a good program to help a QB regain their confidence. Even old “sleepy eyes” Carson Beck is looking good in Miami
