The never way too early 2027 NFL Draft thread

As bad as this roster is, and as much as I love JSmith, I think we will eek out 6-7 wins which probably won't put us in the discussions unless we trade up.
5-6 is my guess. I’m not gonna cheer for losses again this year just to get a WR. Like I said above we have other needs at OT and DT as well that need to be addressed just as much.

I will definitely be paying close attention to WR, DT and OT during the fall this year.

Cam Coleman is elite no reason to trade up and if we miss on him trading down for Becker is a good option as well

Miller and Duff in the second round are also some good targets for big X WR for Mendoza if we draft one of the edge or DT’s in the first. The WR room is very talented next year

Also who threw that pass

Was this kid on the team for the championship run? :wtf1:

Yeah. The tall white kid Doza would target down the right sideline when he wanted a big play. Broke out at some point late in the season. Definitely one to watch this year.

Not a lot of productivity but came on towards the end of season. Big, fast and great hands.

I mean 4 of the guys in front of him last year are currently in the NFL and he is likely the best prospect of the bunch.

Reminds me of Waddle years back. He had Ruggs/Devonta/Jeudy/Metchie/Shavers on the team. All quality NFL prospects but Waddle was always the one who looked like the best player.

I love the way he pinpoints the ball in the air. Like a faster version of Brock. BTW, he was Doza's roommate at IU. They worked a lot on those back shoulder balls.

Still struggling to see him as a top 3 player. for this draft.
