Three things:

1. We're going with the scuttlebutt and the money - so the new markets are Salt Lake City (Utah, because they probably want state money), and Nashville. Montreal has no money even if I want them back.
2. I'll use Vegas, though I still doubt the A's move there.
3. As Manfred stated in the clip, they want to realign geographically, so I'm following that idea even if I personally prefer AL/NL

Not bad.

I’d probably go SD, AZ, LV, UT for one West division and SF, Seattle, and the two LA teams in the other.

Thought about it, but the idea was to keep as many rivals together as possible, and the SF/LA/SD rivalry is some pretty bad blood (obviously SF/LA more so), as you know being a Padres fan.

I’d say leave LV in that division then but I doubt many Oakland fans are even following the team to Vegas.

The whole AL West seems to be just one giant shrug. I don't even think there's much animosity between A's fans and Giants fans.
 
I just realized if they really don't want the As in Oakland, it won't matter if they have highest bidder or a stadium lined up, they'll just sell them to Utah for example.
