What you know about playoffs, bitches??? Hahahaha.

Can't even get to the conference game.

Classic.

Marty blowing his timeout on a challenge about which Nantz posed, "What are they challenging?" and going for it early on when they could've had a 40something yard field goal on 4th and long?

LaDainian refusing to shake hands after the game and getting in an altercation at midfield on his way to the locker room?

Oh, boy, my day is made.

I hate myself for it, but I love LT. Marty, on the other hand, can eat a dick. I would never root for the Patsies, but it was great seeing the Chargers lose at home like that.

Denver choked away their chance at the playoffs.
Kansas City got smoked in round 1, again.
The San Diego Schottenheimers Marty-balling their way to one and done.

If the Raiders can't make the playoffs, you really can't ask for much better than that...

I blame the Raiders again this year for letting down the AFC West (and to a smaller degree the Broncos).

It is humiliating for a fan from the AFC West, when these one-and-out wonders are our representatives to the NFL. The Chiefs were just flat out gutless with the chips on the table and the true colours of Marty's thugs rose to the surface today, stupid and classless.

The Chargers are a reflection of their head coach. Ill prepared, ill conceived and ill behaved. What a jack-ass!

If the Raiders can't get into the playoffs and represent the conference then the only hope is the NFL teachers pets, the Broncos, getting more of their post-season fovourable calls and stealing a game or two.

Chiefs and Chargers, way to take advantage of the opportunities pesented.

I can't truly enjoy this yet. I need the Colts to win next week.

Sounds like Marty is done. I'm wondering if Spanos is pissed off enough that he would actually can A.J. Smith. I doubt it but I'm hoping it happens.

I'd like that, too... along with the Saints beating the Bears and then the Saints beating Indy in the big one.

I've got a friend who loves the Pats. I've got a friend who loves the Colts. I've got a little brother who loves the Bears.

I've got a 1 in 4 chance of not hearing shit talk this off-season. Plus, the whole "San Diego threw away a Super Bowl winning quarterback" message board smack talk is pretty enticing...

Well it was wonderful seeing Marty get hosed again. But by default at some level you have to cheer for the Pats. With the game on the line fucking Tom Brady (I hate to say this) is Montana like. You could just sense he was going to drive them to the win. Hopefully Peyton and Company can put a stop to it.

Colts/Saints Super Bowl would be entertaining. I have to believe that 90% of fans outside of Chicago are routing for the Saints. It's just a feel good story for the city plus the Saints are good. :o

LT...he's just pissed they got owned at home and went one and done. Tough shit.

I've got a trusty line that never fails on full of shit Charger fans and today only further cemented it: "The highest point in your organization's entire history was losing the fucking Super Bowl. You can't even talk to me."

I haven't even seen or heard from a single Chargers fan yet.

I can't say I blame them necessarily. I'd be totally devastated.

I know a few decent ones.

I won't rub it in unless they come to me, but no more staring at Gates baby blues in the student union, no more being surrounded by Chargers balloons for sale at work? Ah, sweet.

that was my superbowl fellas. it doesn't get much better than that.

I was cheering for the Bolts myself... As far as I'm concerned, the Bolts just handed the Pats another championship... Had San Diego won, Indy could have exploited the Bolt secondary and beat them IMO, but Belichick owns Manning and Company...

If the Bolts really do fire Marty after a 14-2 season, they are setting themselves up for an implosion next year if they drop down a peg or two under the next coach.... I don't like Marty, but he's getting a raw deal here IMO...

Marty can get fired for all i care. he'll never win them a title so i hope they dont fire him. but it makes me no difference.

Also LT is always called a guy of class, but thats a myth IMO. he's a big time shit talker low key. And some of his crybaby side came out when he couldnt take the karma of the Pats dancing on his field when i saw that steroid junkie merrimen kick up our dirt in Oakland dancing all night in the first game of the season. Way to take your own medicine with "class".

No doubt. People sing his praises year-round. He acted like a dick after the game. Understandably upset but not a example of class.

All I Have To Say To the Chargers Is
Read My Signiture And Weep Fuckers!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know. SD basically handed the Pats that game yesterday. I think Manning would have taken advantage of that field position yesterday. Besides, the Indy defense has looked real strong the past two games and they are playing at home. I think Dungy and Manning finally get the monkey off their back.

Honestly, I want the teams to win in the following order.

Saints (the city and area deserves to have something good like this happen). Also, Brees seems to be one of the classy good guys in the game. McA also handled the whole Bush drafting with a maturity lacking in most of sports these days.

Colts. It is nice being able to say Manning cannot win the big one, and I would have no problem keeping that going. However Dungy seems cool and with everything that happened to him last year, it might be nice to make it happen. Also it would mean NE didn't win.

Bears. My least favorite choice to win.

Well I am rooting for Indy First then the Saints and then the Bears.....The Pats will get killed in Indy, so let it be written so let it be done!!!!!! I can't wait for that GAME......The Dynasty is over in Foxboro.......

History is ruthless and has no pity.

The chargers just got what they deserved. In a short while they became the most arrogant team in the NFL. Yes, they had the material and the record to give support the attitude, but in the end they were exposed as a bunch of athletic, but plagued with many stupid guys.

First Marty. Bad decisions and a not enough good game plan in the best chance od his life. Several examples prove it, like the decision of going for it on fourth and eleven... Its an event of less probability than a 48 FG. Aggresive when the score is 0-0 early in the first half? cmon! Then in some critical drives in the second half, his team gained six yards on first down, then threw the ball incomplete on second and third, result : punt. If the patsies aren't stopping your running game, why get away from it? Simply, Rivers was throwing the ball too much. Marty's fault.

The bonehead errors of Terrance, Olivea, Mcree and Parker just made them deserve the punishment and embarrasment. I hope they enjoy this looong offseason. Parker is specially guilty, because after fumbling the ball in the punt returen, he tried to pick it up and run instead of only jumping on it, as boys are teached early. Shame on these athletic jerks.

They had it all, the best offence, the best player, a great defence, home field advantage, one week to rest... What can they do to get better next year? Fix the errors? Many of the players would have to be born again to do so, like that asshole Mcree still maintaining he did good when fumbled the ball.

Screw them. I don't like the patsies, but stupid arrogant sons of a bitches like the dischargeds deserved this and more.

As for Marty, his career is probably done as a top coach and I'm happy. If he gets back with SD -not very likely, we know- they will suffer the "year after meltdown" such dissapointing experiences guide to. If he goes out, only bad teams will wanna take him. He may get another winning season, sure, but going after a championship is a matter of the past for him. We all celebrate. He wasted his last chance yesterday. at 5-13 in postseason, and having won his last one in 1993 he doesn't deserve another shot. If somebody gives it to him deserves 100 years of bad luck. He also doesn't deserve credit as a great coach. A winner in regular season, a comlete loser in postseason. That equals mediocrity. I just wish for him in the next few months, the saddest moments of his long antiRaider career.
