They always come crawling back with huge discounts.

But I haven't held a sub for a couple years now. Their content fell off a cliff and the discounts got smaller and smaller.

Look into Fixed Wireless for your Internet. I have same problem though, no other service offered here so Xfinity it is. I only do their Internet though and at $100 a month it's pretty reasonable and reliable.

Im actually thinking of switching to Xfinity. My internet is through Verizon Wireless which gave me a discount for home internet when you signed up for cell service. I've had some issues with the reception because it's off their cell towers. Xfinity also offers cheap cell service through VZ if you sign up for internet and/or tv through them. I may go back to them. The cell service was excellent and they only charged $15 for every gig of data you stream. No surcharges or taxes. My cell bill was like $40-45 a month for two lines.

Between cutting out YTTV and Netflix with the Veebox and internet/cell, I can save a few hundred $$ a month.

We also have Frontier who used to be VZ but I like the fact that Xfinity offers the cell service.
