The Rules:

The contest begins with the second of week of the season...Week Two's Games.

Each week you will select one team to win that week. If that team loses, you are eliminated from the pool. If that team wins, you win the amount of points that team represents on the chart and you will move on to week two.

If you do not submit your pick on time, you will automatically assigned the visiting team on Monday Night Football.

Your picks must be submitted by Saturday at 5:00 PM Pacific Time the week of the games. If there is a Thursday game, your pick must be submitted by 5:00 PM Pacifice Time the week of the games if you intend to use one of those two teams.

The winner is the player who has not been eliminated by the end of the regular season. If the rest of the players are eliminated in one week, the player with the highest point total wins. If nobody is eliminated, then the player with the highest point total wins.

EDIT: You may pick the same team multiple times during the season (thanks Indy for bringing that up)

No prize, just the admiration of your peers


Example 1:

The team that you pick to win this week is the Washington Redskins.

If the Redskins win, you continue in the pool and accumulate 14 points.

If the Redskins lose, you are eliminated from the pool.



Example 2:

You forget to submit your pick before the deadline. If the Monday Night Football game for that week is the Pittsburgh Steelers at the Jacksonville Jaguars. You will be assigned the Steelers as your pick that week with the rest of the rules the same.

Me too :( I know over there, it was arguing with other members about arcade games...but I'm not sure what was what!
