VP Scouting: Undecided, but it would be a Kiffin/Kirwin guy for sure!

I think everyone just a little greedy on the dynasty he built in the 60's and 70's and even the uber competive team of the early 2000's.

Every team goes through rebuilding periods, take some smoking hot celebrity as a example.

Cate Blanchett might turn up looking DOPE on the catwalk of the Oscars or Emmys and she may win a bunch of awards as best dressed.. But do you know how many times that bitch fretted over the Red, the Silver or the Black Gown??? I mean you can look good for 8-12 hours on your prom night, but it might take anywhere upto 6-12 hours to get your makeup, your hair and your nails done.

If you stayed in your prom outfit 24/7 then yu'd just be one of those tramps like Brittany or Paris... Every Girl needs her Beauty sleep.

Problem with that take is some of us weren't around in the 60's and 70's. For those of us that didn't start following football until the 80's... well all we know is Al had a great run in the early 80's... and then went senile real fast...

Considering where the Bucs finished this year... and where the Raiders have finished the last 5 years... I'd trade Al for Gruden and Allen in a second....
