Been making Asian Beef and Chicken a lot lately. I take Bachan's Japanese Barbecue sauce (they sell big one for reasonable price at Costco) and then I use a microplane to shred 4 cloves of garlic and a bout 1/2" ginger into it and then add 2 jalapenos sliced and 2 sliced fresnos and marinate overnight or all day. Use either flap meat, flank steak, or skirt steak if doing beef or boneless skinless chicken thighs for chicken. Roast some vegetables and make some rice to make a bowl, add Kimchee, extra BBQ Sauce, and Siracha.
