All right, who's got them and what's your favorite things to smoke? What type of fuel do you use?

I've had an offset for years, just got a weber smokey mountain.

Got a big chuck roast and smoked it for 3 hours on the WSM. I then cut it up and 1/2 went to poor mans burnt ends the other 1/2 made an amazing beef stew with.

I just found Kingsford low and slow charcoal at sam's club and picked it up. Seems to work great.

Not what I thought the headline was asking about.

Big Green Egg here. Don’t really do much “smoking” or long cook stuff like Brisket. I mostly either use as grill and will cook a tomahawk or rib roast on there at lower temps bu probably not low enough to be considered “smoking “

Started on water smokers, went to an off set then Traeger to a Camp Chef pellet.

Good BBQ comes off all of them but with long smokes I like to go to bed, so the pellets are nice.

I smoke all the usual suspects, Brisket is king though.

ABT's (Atomic Buffalo Turds) are the most popular. They go pretty quick at gatherings.

did a couple rib eyes in iron skillet yesterday because it was storming out, shit I might not go back to the grill for a steak like that. Watched a Gordon Ramsey vid first, came out fucking incredible.

Yeah, I like a good steak. But even on the grill it can be touchy. Because it only takes a few minutes to go from perfect to ruined.

Steak in a hot skillet. Avocado oil and some butter. Sprig of fresh rosemary. With salt and pepper. All you really need.

Exactly but I also put garlic cloves in the pan as well. Didn't hurt that they were prime.

I never heard of this. At least not with little smokies. Sounds good.

Those little smokies are pretty good. I have a cousin who could put on a party or a tail gate with as good of food or basic as you want.

But he used to have this simple appetizer. In a crock pot some smokies and whatever BBQ sauce . Or you could always make one. But there are a lot if good bottled sauces. Anyway that's it. Heat it up.

Pan sear and then in oven to cook the inside. Cowboy butter on top before serving. Don't need steak sauce or anything

I had an offset smoker that I used so much that the fire box bottom rusted out lol. I used to use just oak and add some flavored chips like hickory and mesquite but made the meat tase too smoky. I switched to all natural charcoal. That did the trick. You do have to tend those if you want to keep the temp at a steady 225 degrees.

Trying not to eat smoked meat as much for health reasons but I can get pretty good smoke flavor from my gas grill which has an attachment for wood chips. I'll probably get a pellet smoker when we move to the new house we put an offer on. I want an outdoor kitchen by the pool area.

I've got a Pit Boss Vertical Smoker and I'm not ashamed. It rocks. I smoked some thick pork chops on it tonight.

Got a Blazing Grill. Smoked just about everything and made some damn good jerky also. Going to make for the 1st time candied salmon. This is a stock photo, but Mine is the copper like this one.

nice. I bought a Recteq recently that turned out to be a POS, made them take it back and have a Traeger on the way. That looks next level.
Still figuring out pellet grill but pretty handy with the big green egg.
