Since we're on TV this weekend

Freshly ground mint leaves and sugar cane make it especially tasty.

There is nothing like a good Cabernet Suavignon with a great steak. As Bones, RIVL, or Abelardo. On our trip to Oakland we had great steaks at Izzy's with a couple bottles of a very good Cab.
 
There is nothing like a good Chianti with liver and fava beans.
