Have not used but its found naturally in a lot of the stuff we eat. Eggs, legumes, meat, fish. Are you planning on using it to supplement workouts?

I take Coq 10, a supplement called Isotonix which is an aniti-oxidant, as well as helping with cardiovascular and joint health. I also take a citrulline pre-workout supplement.

I was using a whey protein powder post workout but it was making me get up and pee during the night.

A lot of these so called "supplements" make all these health claims but a lot of them are unproven.

I’m not sure what I’m planning... I’m already a vitamin/ supplement guy who eats cleanish Keto... but just looking to improve. The Niagin/ NMN stuff David St. Claire rights about and other 21st century stuff... just hoping to choose wisely.
BTW Bitcoin is just under 35K... a monster jump fro October.

Every time I think about aging I think of this Bill Hicks routine...

"Anyone remember when Yul Brynner died, they came out with that commercial after he was dead? You remember that? “I’m Yul Brynner and I’m dead now.” “What the fuck’s this guy selling?” “I’m Yul Brynner ‘n I’m dead now, ’cause I smoked cigarettes.” Pretty scary, but they could had done that with anybody man. A guy in the States, this guy Jim Fixx, was a health nut, runner, jogger, wrote books about jogging, had a heart-attack… …while jogging and died, ha, ha, ha… They should have done that commercial with that guy; “I’m Jim Fixx and I’m dead now… …’n I don’t know what the fuck happened! I jogged everyday, ate nothing but tofu, I’m dead. Yul Brynner smoked, drank and got laid every night of his life, he’s dead...Shit!"

I did Keto for a long time. Right now just limiting bad carbs, alcohol and sugars and trying to eat healthy.

I should have jumped in at Bitcoin last year when it was hovering around $4k. Fack. I saw this a few years ago when the market went crazy, then corrected. This time, institutional investors are jumping in on Bitcoin which is a good sign. Ethereum is still a good buy.

Has anyone here used biolyte? They call it IV in a bag. It has like 7x more electrolytes plus 1/3 of the sugar Gatorade and helps with dehydration and cramping. The reviews on it are amazing. Lot of people with health conditions and athletes swear by it. It is pricey at about $3 a bottle and is a bit salty. Its not bad tasting.

I use this stuff, you can get on Amazon. It's really good, but I don't know anything about Biolyte.
