Rookie Mini Camp, Voluntary Offseason Workouts, and such

Treydan Stukes and Dalton Johnson have both been playing safety and nickel during team reps at Raiders rookie minicamp.

The versatility Las Vegas touted in both draft picks is being put to full use.

Stukes has been predominantly at nickel in team reps, with Johnson playing mostly deep safety.
Interesting.

Wonder if it’s his spot... would make taron Johnson redundant. But might just be working versatility.
Johnson is injury prone and is on a one-year deal.

If I have to see Putnam or Meredith on the field ever again I’ll be pissed.

Putman is the name of a car dealership out here known for super cheesy ads so that's all I hear when I see that name.

Meredith was serviceable before last year's chaos. He shouldn't be a starter, but he's good enough for guard depth until someone better comes along.

Yah I have no problem with him as a back up.

Q says undrafted rookie QB Jacob Clark "looks the part."

Q has become quite the expert in these things of late.

Obviously just a rookie mini-camp with no pads/pressure, etc. - but damn Mendoza's passes sure look crisp and on the money. He seems to have a knack for hitting his receivers right in stride with perfect ball placement. Super small sample size, but so far it's an impressive start to his career.

I think it safe to say already that Mendoza is the complete antithesis to the Raider's last #1 pick overall when it comes to dedication to craft and work ethic.

He will do what it takes to succeed. If Mendoza does fail; it will have nothing to do with not trying hard enough.

Mendoza’s on the spectrum (of Rain-Man like powers). Very high functioning, though. Lol
