Thing is…you can ‘Monday morning quarterback’ EVERY HC decision. Believe me other fan bases do it to more experienced HC’s.

that was a team level bed shitting for sure. We should have had a designed tank year with Stidham and if he surprised we got lucky. I advocated for this end of last season. Instead we are paying Jimmy in 2024 no matter what. Fucking morons.

Jimmys arm is toast we wouldn’t have even had scored a TD with him. AO'C may not be the answer but at least he has room to grow.

This was the #1 supported plan on this board. Of course it wasn't something that Idiot #1 and Idiot #2 would think of.

Can't get top 5, but probably end up #6 or #7 if they end up 5-12. Maybe Raiders get lucky and Giants or Bears get a few lucky wins to end the season, and make room in the top 5.

Regardless, losing out is A) likely, B) gives the Raiders a better chance at elite talent, and C) gives Raiders a better chance to go up and get a QB in a trade up.
 
I mean AP did make a couple errors in clock management/decision making. I was literally yelling at the tv…’CALL A TIMEOUT’!!

Thing is, he’s never done this before. How can you expect expert in game management from someone who was a LB coach 3 weeks ago.

I can live with a few miscues, why? Because a smart guy like AP ( who’s been lauded by former teammates and coaches as super smart and a ‘coach on the field’) will get the game management thing down. No doubt.

We’re 2-1, players LOVE him…but more important play HARD for him. That’s the biggest thing.

He knew the clock was running at the end of H1… he wanted to play conservative. I was surprised as the next guy with 3 runs… again we played X and Ramsey with a guy starting his 4th game. He was afraid of a turnover. Not saying I agree but it’s not because we understood the clock and he didn’t. Also thought we could have kicked the FG rather than 4/3 to Adams up the sideline.

If Tucker had dragged that foot.
